By accessing or using DailyDose ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including waitlist members, free trial users, and paying subscribers.

DailyDose is an AI-powered medical news aggregation and summarization service. We monitor publicly available sources — including peer-reviewed journals, FDA announcements, and clinical trial registries — and generate curated daily digest emails and web content for subscribers. DailyDose does not provide original medical content or clinical guidance.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The content provided by DailyDose is for informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Specifically:

Do not rely on DailyDose content to make personal health or clinical decisions.
Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider regarding any medical condition.
DailyDose summaries may lag behind new research, contain errors, or omit important context.
For Clinical plan subscribers: summaries are informational supplements only and do not replace your clinical judgment or current clinical guidelines.

DailyDose expressly disclaims any liability arising from reliance on content provided through the Service for medical decision-making.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

DailyDose offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate shown at checkout.

Monthly plans renew automatically each month.
Annual plans renew automatically each year.
Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Payments are processed securely by PayPal. We do not store your payment card information.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not issue prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations except where required by law.

6. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create a subscription or financial obligation. We will notify waitlist members when the Service launches. Waitlist spots do not guarantee a specific launch date or pricing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reproduce, redistribute, or resell DailyDose content without written permission.
Use the Service to train AI or machine learning models.
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from DailyDose.
Misrepresent DailyDose content as professional medical advice.
Share subscription credentials with others.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All DailyDose branding, design, and original written summaries are owned by DailyDose. Underlying research articles and journals remain the property of their respective publishers. DailyDose summaries are derived works for informational purposes and are not substitutes for original source material.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that content is accurate, complete, or current. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyDose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on health information provided.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
